Excuse me I'm busy manifesting

It's a creative week thanks to the full moon in Pisces on February 7th that couldn't have been a more perfect day to initiate my karma yogis at the future Yoga Creative Center. The energy was so powerful we could hardly speak by the end of the lesson. The moon was above the house, bright, full and sweet. I have not felt so light in a long time.
Mudra for manifesting

To manifest this initiation, I took a leap of faith and a few risks to make it possible. At times I hear that I'm a risk taker, courageous and free but frankly, I don't see myself that way. It may be the way I appear through other people's lenses but if you think about it, do you ever say to yourself, "okay, now I'm going to be courageous," or, "now I'm going to practice being free." No, it doesn't usually work that way. We spend energy investing heart, time, thought and action into a goal and it ends up looking like one of the above adjectives.

You study, you meet people, you take from different sources. Some people lend you support and a compassionate shoulder to lean on, while others lend a hand in other ways. And then you give back. And the process continues, some days are easier than others and some people are kinder than others, but you keep going because your heart is in it. If your heart wasn't into it, you would stop and say, "time to revise where I'm putting my energy."

What looks like courage and freedom at times is really just organization. Sometimes the most difficult part of it all is connecting with our heart and knowing exactly what we want. Which is why it is the most important. That is where the most courage will be required; to look honestly within and accept that what is there is the truth... and then manifest it.

That is how I make my decisions which end up looking like I'm a risk taker, courageous and free. I look within and I listen to my heart. Then I have a meeting with my mind and my Higher Self and make a mental plan. At which point I release it and I wait to see if it has been approved by my Boss, the One who graciously works with me and co-creates whatever is based in goodness. I wait as long as I need to and at times it can be months. I trust that the signs will arrive and I pay attention. I listen and I watch. When it all becomes clear to me I act. I close doors and open new ones without hesitating. I don't look back and keep my eye (third one especially) on the Light that is guiding me.

This takes concentration, it takes silence and it takes time. At times you need to retreat from habitual activities in order to put all your energy into manifestation. The bigger things need more energy of course. So when I decided to leave the center I was teaching at so that I can focus on manifesting my own retreat center, people looked at me like, "how do yo do it?" In other words, "how do you just leave especially when everything is going so well?" Well, isn't that the best time to leave?

When you have only One Boss you don't think of anything else. You obey and you move on. You trust that everyone will be fine. When you give someone this confidence they know you are not blowing smoke up their yoga pants and they find their own way too. They do the same and then suddenly new opportunities have manifested for them as well and people say "wow, you're so courageous," etc.

My nature is to give 110% of myself to whatever I have chosen to dedicate myself to. Many times the rewards were much much less than the energy and effort I put into it, but my dedication served as a lesson and I grew from it. There really are no guarantees for anything. But I continue to manifest what I think is best and see my path as a path of the heart. It sounds easy but it's work. I have listened to many people's stories of struggle and suffering and I think, "wow, they are so brave," mainly because I know we only get what we are capable of handling.

I live on an island, in the countryside away from noise and action because it is the best way for me to connect with the Divine Truth. So excuse me if I don't always return phone calls or emails on time, but I am busy manifesting.

You can also manifest using a mudra (as seen in the picture above) The powerful circuitry that you are creating with a mudra acts like an antenna, transmitting your intentions to the Universe. The index finger representing the individual consciousness touches the thumb representing Divine consciousness so that the former merges with the latter. Then the middle finger representing sattvic qualities symbolizes purity of intention.
1. The first key is clear intention. Define what you truly want. The subconscious does not recognize negatives. If you say "I don't want" the subconscious interprets that as "I want."
2. "I want" is affirming that the chosen object of manifestation is not here in the present which is why you "want it." So instead word a phrase that affirms that what you want is already there or is coming to you right now.
3. Visualizing your chosen outcome can also help to manifest it. Again see it as if what you wish is already there.
4. Feelings are more powerful than visualization alone to aid manifesting. As you visualize and affirm your chosen outcome see if can allow yourself to feel how you would feel if it had really come to pass.
