SO IS THIS WHY HOLLY AND LEAH GOT CANNED FROM “THE TALK”??

Last week I told you guys about Leah and Holly not being renewed for “The Talk”. Well now we know why according to hoe and gold digger co-host Julie Chen well she has been accused of silencing her co-hosts on CBS chat show The Talk by threatening to have her network president husband fire anyone who steps out of line.
Chen, 41, warned her co-hosts: 'My husband (CBS president) Les Moonves can fire your a**** any day,' leaving executives 'essentially neutered,' according to one report.
The news comes as Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete revealed they have not been asked to return for season two.

The Talk, which features a panel of hosts, discussing controversial maternal topics and current news, premiered in October, 2010 with co-hosts: creator and executive producer Sara Gilbert, 36, Chen as the moderator, Leah Remini, 41, Holly Robinson Peete, 46, Sharon Osbourne, 58, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, 38, as a special correspondent.. Winokur was asked to leave the show in January.

And a source told the New York Post Chen is wreaking havoc on the set with cast changes.
Contracts for show-creator Gilbert, Chen and Osbourne have all been extended while options for Remini and Peete were not renewed, with no direct reasoning for the dismissals, according to Deadline.com.
'It’s the Les Moonves show starring his annoying wife,' the insider said.

Remini, however, did break her silence about her departure on Twitter last Wednesday. 'It’s official: I am sorry to say that I have NOT been asked back on the show', she wrote.

A source told the New York Post Peete was told to 'clean out her dressing room' last week but had not been released from her CBS contract as of last night.
'They don’t want to look bad for firing her. But she can’t look for other work,' a source said.

Peete said through her representative: 'I’m under contract to The Talk and I am hoping to be back for Season 2.'
Sharon Osbourne is taking a requested break from the show to spend time with her husband, Ozzy Osbourne.
Meanwhile CBS executives have wasted no time finding replacements for the fall season, which kicks off next month.
Comedian Sheryl Underwood will now be joining the cast; and Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner is filming a two-week stint on the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter, but she will not be a permanent fixture.
Jenner appeared on the chat show in July as a guest to talk about plastic surgery and her daughter Kim's then-upcoming wedding.

Chen's husband Les Moonves, 61, has been President and CEO of CBS since January, 2006, previously serving as co-president and co-COO of Viacom.
He is widely recognised as one of the most influential leaders in the entertainment industry.
Chen previously made reference to her husband during the premier episode last season. And he came on himself to deliver a clear message of his high-expectations to the all-female panel.

The hour began with pre-taped 'surprise messages' from the children of the host, except for Chen, whose son with Moonves, who turns two next month, was too young to talk. Instead, Moonves' recording came on the air.
'I love my wife so much,' he said. 'And if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel you.'

A CBS spokesman had not responded to request for comment at press time. This show is on life support and won’t make it through a full season next season. Please take sometime and watch “The View”   


WTF: Soulja Boy Says "F*ck The Troops!"

You can blame it on immaturity or just plain ignorance, but Soulja Boy released a song called "Let's Be Real" that includes the lyrics  
"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ... 
... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."
And now one retired Marine, Fred A. Flores, who's now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission, is speaking out saying   
"It's a very offensive statement ... especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up.  He should apologize to ALL armed forces."
He continued saying, "[The rap] is very irresponsible...especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country."
One can only imagine where Soulja's mind was when he wrote that song.  
But FYI.....its thanks to the efforts of the troops keeping America safe, that allow him to waste his money and talent on frivilous materialistic items and vapid songs.  How ungrateful!

WELL IN THE CHRONICLES OF EDDIE LONG CENTINO KEMPS SPEAKS!

Centino Kemp, the 5th accuser in the Bishop Eddie Long Sex Scandal, was feeling ‘some kinda way’ last night and felt the need to send out a public message to his alleged abuser.
Two other Long accusers, Jamal Parris & Spencer LaGrande, appeared on local news last week, prompting the “Bishop” to address his New Birth Congregation.

It now appears Centino is seeking a response from Long as well…

But wait… there’s more!

And the moral of this story is…. throwing money at a problem (or 5 “problems” in this case), will not make it go away.
It’s sad that these young men have to continue struggling with these issues, while being front & center in the media. Some feel that they are only speaking now because they’ve blown through their settlement, but it’s clear (at least to me) that money is NOT the issue here.

They want justice…. and unfortunately for Long, it’s not coming in the form of a check!

Chris Brown's Home Owners Association sent a letter to his probation officer informing them that Chris owed $15,000 in parking tickets. Chris claims the designated parking spots for his condo were painted over with handicap parking striping and he is disputing the fines.

The Pregnant Man -- Thomas Beatie -- claims he SHOULD HAVE been chosen to compete on "Dancing with the Stars" this season ... but says, "Chaz Bono stole my thunder."
According to TMZ Beatie says ... he reached out to casting in the hopes of landing a spot a few months ago -- but never got a call back. But after DWTS announced that Chaz would be on the show, Thomas says he thinks he knows why he was rejected -- the transgender quota had already been filled.

Thomas says he understands why producers wouldn't cast two famous transgender people on the show -- but he's still pretty bummed out ... telling us, "I wanted to try my new body out. I’m an athlete and I know I would have excelled."

OH: "L.A. Basketball Wife" Tanya Williams & Her Brother Norwood Young Celebrate Premiere

Well isn't this...special. New "L.A. Basketball Wife" Tanya (Young) Williams hosted her own little premiere party at Tian at the Riverbank in NYC last night. Even though none of her castmates were on hand, her eclectic brother surely was front and center.

Well if you didn't know, former NJ Nets star Jayson Williams' ex-wife Tanya is the sister of the ever-so-interesting and gel-y "singer" Norwood Young. "Basketball Wives: L.A." premiered last night, so Tanya had her friends and family at a party to celebrate.

The party started an hour late and was mainly made up of Tanya's reality show friends (none of her castmates though) and her family. And based on the premiere episode, something tells us Tanya won't be calling ny of those chicks "bestie" anytime soon.
Anywho, remember Norwood Young? Yeah, this dude. That's her brother. And now that they're standing side-by-side, it's pretty damn obvious they're siblings. They have matching leather skin. These boobs though...

Bruno Mars Suing Music Publisher Over Contract

The hit hook-man for B.o.B. and Bad Meets Evil is taking his music publisher to court over his contract with the company.

Despite having a platinum album with his 2010 debut Doo-Wops and Hooligans, things aren't so cheery for pop sensation Bruno Mars. According to TMZ, Mars is now suing his music publisher over his current contract with the company.

The hit crooner behind B.o.B.'s "Nothin' On You" and Bad Meets Evil's "Lighters" recently filed suit against Bug Music, Inc. for violating the stipulations of his contract. Documents from the Los Angeles County Superior Court indicate that Bug Music refuses to let Mars out of his contract, even though Mars claims he had completed the requirements of his contract.

According to Mars's contract, Bug required the singer to deliver a set amount of music before he could terminate his contract. Following the completion of this stipulation, Bug had a specific period of time during which they could offer to renew their contract with him.

Mars claims that he had delivered Bug with the required amount of music this past February, but that the company failed to renew his contract within the time limit, thus ending his contract. Bug claims, however, that Bruno Mars has yet to complete his assigned contract, which gives them access to 50% of the copyrights to his music.

It is currently unknown as to when Bruno Mars's case will reach the courts.

Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter IV’ Set for Blockbuster Opening Week

Three years after releasing his landmark album Tha Carter III, Lil Wayne is still a force to be reckoned with. The sequel to Weezy’s 2008 album arrived in stores and online Monday and according to preliminary reports, it’s shaping up to be another blockbuster.
Based on one-day sales estimates, Tha Carter IV is easily on track to debut at No. 1 and sell a whopping 850,000-900,000 copies in its first week, reports HITS Daily Double. That’s not far behind the sales of its predecessor, which opened with a little more than 1 million copies in June 2008.
Those figures will give the Young Money rapper the second-highest sales week of the year, outperforming Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne, which moved 613,000 units in its first two weeks combined.
But can Weezy top Lady Gaga, who currently holds the largest debut of the year with 1.1 million copies of Born This Way?
C4 has received unfavorable reviews from critics, but that doesn’t seem to be stunting sales.

SICKENING! Tiki Barber 'proposes to 24-year-old mistress'

Disgraced football star Tiki Barber has proposed to his girlfriend of two years, following sensational claims he left his then-pregnant wife for her.
The ex-Giants star proposed to 24-year-old Traci Lynn Johnson over the weekend, according to his agent.
Johnson is the former NBC intern for whom Barber, 36, reportedly left his wife Ginny Cha in 2009 when she was pregnant with their twins.
Mark Lepselter, Barber’s agent and a close friend of the couple, told the New York Post: 'They got engaged. (Tiki’s) very happy, and he’s moving forward with his life.'
The news comes two years after Barber and Cha, his wife of 11 years, separated.
The former couple had two boys, and Cha was eight months pregnant with twin girls at the time of their separation. It was also widely reported that Barber, then a NBC’s Today Show correspondent, left her for the former NBC intern Johnson.
Reaction to the crumbling of his marriage and the revelation of an extra-marital affair with a woman more than 10 years his junior was strong. Barber's divorce from Cha remains pending in Manhattan Supreme Court, where the couple have bitterly battled over finances.
Cha sued Barber soon after for divorce. She then barred him from the hospital delivery room when she gave birth to their two baby girls in May 2010.

Barber got more bad news later in 2010, when NBC declined to renew his $300,000 per year contract.
The athlete declined comment, and Cha could not be reached for comment.
The news follows a string of gaffes and scandals that have plagued Barber since his professional playing career ended in 2006.
Barber faced fresh controversy in May after comparing his fall from grace to the life of Holocaust victim Anne Frank.
Speaking to Sports Illustrated, the former Giants star and TV personality compared moving with Johnson into the attic of his Jewish agent, Mark Lepselter, as a 'reverse Anne Frank thing'.

That controversy came after Barber announced in March he would attempt an NFL comeback, five years after retiring from the game.
He will re-join the league where his twin brother Ronde is still the cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He cited his sibling as an inspiration for his decision to return to the game.
'After seeing my brother still have fun at our age, it reignited the fire. I'm really looking forward to the challenge of seeing if I can get back to the level of where I was,’ Barbers aid earlier this year.
He added: ‘I started working out again recently. It kind of shocked myself. I still had a lot of the strength I had before. I'm really looking forward to making a return.'

The Giants – who won the 2007 Super Bowl, the year after Barber retired - still have two years left on the $8million contract he was under when he left the game. The team therefore had the right to re-sign him but instead released him from that obligation because of tension lingering over Barber's public criticisms of quarterback Eli Manning and coach Tom Coughlin.
Barber was rumoured to have been considered by several NFL teams but has had just one workout with the Miami Dolphins, who passed on signing him.

Lepselter said he and Barber 'remain very hopeful that something will happen.'

Rihanna continued her holiday journey through Italy with a stop in Capri recently. Rihanna was spotted out with her girlfriends in southern Italy on the island of Capri yesterday. She was dressed down in white shorts, denim shirt, and her gold Chanel necklace and drool-worthy yellow Chanel bag:

Rih Rih and her pals have been enjoying their luxurious holiday which has been full of yachts, champagne and snorkeling.

And of course they did some shopping.

T.I. Lands New VH1 Reality Show About His Life, Family And Music After Prison

Now that rapper T.I. is free again, having been sent to a community facility following his early release, he's ready to get back into the reality of it all.    

"The King Of The South" has returned to rule Atlanta.  And this time, he's bringing a camera crew along to document his journey.  Surprise surprise.

VH1 just announced that they are producing 10-half hour episodes of a new show about T.I. re-adjusting to life as a free man as he is reunited with his wife and kids, returns to the music studio and tries to stay on the right path.   

The series will explore subjects like fatherhood, probation, career rebuilding and lessons learned.  

Fans will also learn more about Tiny (T.I.'s wife) as the series will also focus on her and the OMG GIRLZ (how convenient), the new girl group that she manages and that involves her daughter Zonnique.   

The "untitled" series will debut on Dec. 5 at 10pm, and has the stamp of approval from top VH1 execs.   

 “Viewers have always connected with T.I. and we are definitely thrilled to show the next chapter of this incredible artist’s riveting life with this new series,” said Jeff Olde, EVP, Original Programming and Production VH1. “T.I. is such a multi- talented artist and actor, and though he has had some setbacks, there is no doubt he will use his considerable talents to get back on top of both the music and film business.”

WTF?!? Male H.S. Student Arrested For Wearing Skirt to Class!

17 year old Eric Bivins spent an entire school day in a jail cell last week. His crime? Wearing a girl’s outfit to class….

On the morning August 18th, Bivins, a senior at Coffee High school in Douglas, Georgia, rocked the purple printed skirt ensemble shown in the photograph above and he was promptly escorted off campus.

The teen, who is CLEARLY openly gay, says that throughout his academic career, he has always been told to express himself and stay true to who he is, but an act of self-expression is what ultimately led him to the county jail.

Maybe the Mean Girls of Morehouse should organize a march on Coffee County…
The principal claims Bivens was not suspended for violating dress code but for ‘distracting the learning environment.’ Bivens, however, feels his rights have been violated.

“School is supposed to be a safe place where you can express yourself and not be worried about discrimination or anything like that,” says Bivens.
Bivens explained to WALB that other students were dressing up for an upcoming pep rally, but he was told his outfit was inappropriate and was ordered to change clothes. [Sidebar: He also carried a purse that day.]
The student complied but asked the principal, Dr. Greg Tanner, for an explanation:

“He was like girls get to dress like guys because it is acceptable in society but it is not acceptable for me to dress like a girl,” says Bivens.
“That is not my judgement of girls wearing boys clothes, because again this issue was a distraction to learning environment, not dress code,” says Tanner.
Bivens later put the skirt back on, and that’s what got him in trouble.
School Resource Officer Rodney Courson arrested Bivens and he was taken to jail. He is now suspended and faces criminal charges for disrupting school.
First off… I’d like to say Biven’s only crime seems to be his stealing that ugly “A”zz skirt from his Granny. But who am I to judge?

At any rate, do you think the Coffee County High School student should have been arrested for his attire?

Rick Ross and KreayShawn Clash Backstage

Rick Ross and Oakland rapper KreayShawn had a run in backstage at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

Why would you be irritated just because the guy that you made penis jokes about isn’t overjoyed to see you? (now, hacked naked pics*…that’s hella irritating)

Rick Ross tried to laugh off questions about Kreayshawn’s self-instigated disses during his interview on the MTV Video Music Award pre-show (watch here)….but he made his displeasure very clear when he got into a shouting match with Kreayshawn’s manager Stretch. You can see Ross’ manager Gucci Pucci trying to calm things down, Kreayshawn just stands there in silence, and everyone else watches anxiously.

MTV’s “Rick Ross Fight” title on this video is a bit overkill but it could have gotten ugly. When Kreayshawn is moved off her podium, she doesn’t sense that this is probably for the best…and complains:
“Things are getting a little too serious, we just had some jokes…no, I’m in this, I’m in this….I’m hella irritated right now.“

MAGAZINE FAB: Meagan Good Turns 30 With "ROLLING OUT"

Meagan Good recently turned 30 and has come into her own as an actress. She opens up to "ROLLING OUT" magazine about the path she took to get there and being an positive role model to young women. Ms. Good is an actress who knows who she is an an artist and as a woman. In the latest issue of "ROLLING OUT" Magazine, she reveals how exactly she put herself on the right path and how she hopes to inspire other women. See the highlights below:

It’s been a busy year for you, and your visibility has increased as of late. How does it make you feel when you hear people say that it’s the return of Megan Good?

I don’t feel like I ever left. I just started dabbling in different genres, movies, and going after different audiences. So maybe this is a return to the people that supported me since day one. As you get older, you just like to approach things differently and look for different opportunities to play different characters and evolve as an artist.

So what were some of the things that you felt you had to explore creatively?

I wanted to look for roles that had nothing to do with me being sexy. And I’ve always wanted to do horror movies. It’s what inspired me as a kid, and when it’s done right, there’s a lot of dramatic acting in it. More than anything, I just wanted to play to a different audience, and do something different that had nothing to do with me playing a love interest or the girl next door. Even now, if I do play a love interest, it’s not your average role. I’m working hard to make her quirky and more interesting.

Is there a newfound freedom in going after these new roles, and not allowing yourself to be confined to certain types of characters? Has this approach helped to birth a new Meagan?

No, my freedom and renewal comes from finally being happy with who I am, and being comfortable with all of me — even my shortcomings. I have come to a place in my life where I don’t have a problem saying or doing what I feel publicly. The only thing that I do focus on is walking a spiritual line, and that means that I want to represent a woman of God. I want to be a virtuous woman of God, but by that same token, I’m very different in my approach. I’m not overly religious. I’m not judgmental. I don’t look down on people and I don’t try and force what I feel on them. But the truth is, I love Jesus Christ and I am a Christian.

Now, I’m not perfect by any means, but I’m improving daily. I have to, because I know that there [are] a lot of young girls watching me, and I do want to teach them and be a positive influence in their lives. I want them to know that they can go out and have fun, but you also have to be smart. And I want them to know that if they choose to have a boyfriend, they need to always respect themselves and know their worth, and demand that he do the same. I also want to encourage young girls to be abstinent … as you can see, I just really want to be a positive influence.

You mentioned wanting to teach young girls; what would you have taught a young, 21-year-old Meagan?

I would have told her how much the Lord loves her, and how perfect she is in the Lord’s eyes. And I would have just told her to have faith and know that God is going to make everything work out. I would have told her that she shouldn’t try so hard to control her own destiny, and that she shouldn’t let people’s opinions of her make her form an opinion of herself. And lastly, I would have told her that she shouldn’t let people who are still trying to figure out life themselves, hurt her by their judgments or opinions.

Who was more influential for you: was it friends, boyfriends or family when it came to developing your opinion of self?

My mom and my sister were very positive, and I had a lot of friends and family who were very positive influences. They would call me out when I was wrong, they always encouraged me, and [they] were my shoulder to cry on when I needed it. At the time, there were a lot of things that were negative, whether it be a boyfriend, the media, or just anyone. I was always being judged about my appearance or whether or not I was being hypocritical with my words and actions.
And it’s funny since I turned 30 about two weeks ago, all these lights clicked on, and I spent all of [my] 29th [year] preparing for it and not knowing it was happening. I was preparing for this moment, and it’s just a really great place to be now. When you surround yourself with happier people and disregard the negative, it’s a much happier place to be.

Tell us about your birthday wish when you blew out your candles.

I just wished that the people around me, and that people in general would know how valuable they are. No matter what their circumstances are, I wished for them to know that there is a better them on the other side. All they have to do is step out on faith and they can walk into it. That’s the nice thing about this last year … I discovered my faith in a major way. My world completely crumbled from every aspect you can possibly think of, but it was necessary in order for me to step into my new life. So I stepped into it and I’m happier than I’ve ever been. I just thank God that he gave me the strength, and I’m proud of myself for actually stepping out on faith, and allowing myself to be as happy as I am right now.
