Pahit Manis in town

Yesterday evening I received an sms from Kuala Lumpur-based blogger Pahit Manis saying that he had just landed in Kota Kinabalu and would be calling me today.

This blogger, I had known for more then 30 years as he was my boss while I was working for the New Straits Times.

I was with NST in the time of Group Editors PC Shivadas, Datuk A Kadir Jasin, Datuk Ahmad Talib and Datuk Kalimullah Hassan.

The present Group Editor Datuk Syed Nadzri Syed Harun then was my immediate editor.
